Known world-wide this lovely bay is in the collapsed crater of an ancient volcano. A nature preserve, it has probably the best snorkeling on Oahu. It is restricted by crowd size and crowd behavior as well to help keep the area preserved. Can be currents in the bay that are tricky and dangerous. Closed to visitors on Tuesdays, fish get the day off.
